Havenwood SLC is a residential treatment program for teenage boys who’ve experienced emotional, behavioral, or developmental challenges. Many of our students come from complex backgrounds, carry high ACEs scores, or struggle to feel understood in traditional home or school environments. We work with boys ages 12–18 who need structure, therapeutic consistency, and a place designed intentionally for deep, experiential healing.
Our Salt Lake City campus includes multiple therapeutic homes, on-campus academics, and a variety of outdoor and recreational spaces tailored to the needs of adolescent boys. Havenwood SLC operates with a 4:1 staff-to-student ratio and follows a relational, brain-based model informed by Dr. Bruce Perry’s Neurosequential approach. Each boy receives weekly individual therapy, family therapy, group work, experiential therapy, and recreational therapy, along with school and tutoring in a supportive, small-classroom environment.
As the program launches, we’re building a comprehensive set of therapeutic, academic, and recreational offerings that reflect the same philosophy and quality standards found at Havenwood Academy.
